Winterfest
The second Broadstairs Folk Week Winter Festival was held in the eve of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Swanage, Dorset
Our planned return to Swanage didn’t happen. We cancelled out booking due ro the uncertainty of what was clearly about to happen. Boris Johnson eventually announced lockdown with the guidance or instruction to #stayathome.
Stonehouse, Gloucestershire and Wells, Somerset
In May there was a window where we able to travel and we stayed with family. There was a super concert by Show of Hands in Wells.
Iceland
The company that had cancelled out cruise to Iceland last year went into liquidation due to Covid-19. Fortunately we gained a full refund from the credit card company.
Berlin, Dresden Prague
This rail trip was also cancelled as a Covid-19 casualty.
On 5 November Lockdown 2 started followed on 20 December by something called Tier 4.
